NCMB2 3 In 1 Servo Material Rack Leveling Feeder Features
- Large-screen color touch screen (Japanese), servo motor, switch, inverter, bearing, imported technology and materials imported from Japan, ensuring feeding accuracy, creating irreplaceable differential competitiveness in large-scale feeding of vehicles and feeding equipment of three C products.
- Straightening roller and feeding roller – bearing steel (SUJ2) is heat treated, quenched, hard chrome plated, ground, HRC 60 degrees or more. Copper lining – all with self-lubricating bearings (OILESSMETAL) or copper lining.
All the gears are quenched, and the chain and keyway are assembled using tight manual precision fit.
Leveling adjustment – using four-point turbine type hand wheel and dial indicator, it can be precisely adjusted and easily read out the value of 0.1mm. After leveling, the material can be adjusted to the upward or downward curvature and the required flatness degree.
- Control of the material – two sets of electric eye control type (Japan Omron brand). Inverter and disc brakes are added to reduce inertia and make material delivery perfect.
- The material of main spindle is high-strength medium carbon steel (the steel plate is Shanghai Baosteel or imported steel). The tempering treatment prevents the generation of internal stress and enhances the load capacity.
- The electronic control part is built on the electronic control system, and it has established independent design capability. It has a complete professional design team, can master the specifications of each machine, and plan and design a high-efficiency, humanized electronic control system. The new integration of the machine enables the stamper to achieve a multi-faceted selection of high-precision, fully automated feeds.
