4.weld the strap ear

The automatic strap welding machine is used to weld the strap ear. Therefore, before welding, the trunnion and bolts need to be put in before welding. The placement of bolts and trunnions can only be manual.

5.manipulator band clamp strap welding machine

  1. Adjust the corresponding procedures according to the production requirements, prepare relevant supporting tooling and products, and turn on the power supply.
  2. The worker shall place the product on the fixed workbench, position the workpiece and fix it on it.
  3. After fixing the clamp, the worker shall loosen the pneumatic clamping mechanism and place the tooling disk at the place to be welded on the positioning working platform.
  4. The robot senses that there is material at the place to be welded, automatically grabs the workpiece and sends it to the welding machine for welding. After welding, the workpiece is automatically sent to the blanking area after welding.
  5. The worker turns to remove the welded workpiece.
  6. After the first workpiece is welded, continue to the next workpiece, and the action is the same as above.
