Main structure and technical features

The machine consists of main drive parts, workbench parts, plane knife moving parts, vertical knife moving parts, fixture components, cooling system, lubrication system, operating system, electrical control and other main components.

The overall layout of this machine tool is made of fixed beam planer structure.

Through the optimization design and finite element analysis, the cross beam and column of the machine tool are reasonably distributed in the middle reinforcement position to ensure the machine tool strength requirements. The crossbeam and trailing board are machined by the high-precision CNC guide rail grinder to ensure that the straightness of the beam and trailing rail installation surface is less than 0.02mm.

Main drive parts of the frame

The lathe bed and worktable are cast with high quality cast iron with HT250. The guide rail surface of the worktable is treated with glue board, and the guide surface of the bed is treated by scraping and grinding, so as to ensure its wear resistance and stability.

The main drive of the machine tool is driven by a 75kW DC motor. After reducing the speed of the gearbox, the power is transferred to the worm gear box in the lathe bed through the drive shaft to drive the worktable to do the reciprocating movement. The worm gear module of the machine lathe bed is M12 according to the industry standard, and the worm gear box material is a high grade HT300 cast iron. The inner part of the lathe bed is equipped with an oil tank and a lubricating pump to automatically lubricate the guide rail surface of the lathe bed when working.
